Bibich Winery was founded in 1906 in the village of Plastovo, located in the coastal town of Skradin. The Winery began producing wine primarily for family consumption. Today, the winery is owned and run by Alen Bibich, one of the most sought-after winemakers in Croatia, who has put Skradin on the global wine map. Tasting flight options are offered with tasty tapas-style bites (optional), prepared by Alen’s wife, Vesna, a talented chef trained in molecular gastronomy.
Bibich Winery received the stamp of approval from the late Anthony Bourdain, who featured it on No Reservations’ Croatian Coast episode.
You can choose between several options for wine and food tasting experiences, depending on the clients’ preferences.

The final reservation confirmation is your payment on the pre-invoice 3 weeks before the event. Payment is non-refundable.
