The groceries used in the cooking stew are shells, prawns, onion, garlic & white wine.

The oyster experience tour starts sailing through the Mali Ston bay and boarding on the wooden floating dock, which we gladly call “Oyster Bar.” Everything about cultivating oysters will be presented to you, and you can enjoy tasting them fresh, just taken out of the sea. After the tasting, you will get a traditional three-course sea lunch with the main course of mixed shells called Bota’s sea pearls.

Tour with lunch includes:

• Van transfer and pick up by boat from the main port in Mali Ston, just near the restaurant “Bota Šare”

• English-speaking guide

• Welcome aperitifs of traditional homemade brandy & traditional homemade sweets

• sugared orange peel and sugared almonds

• Sailing across Mali Ston bay to an oyster farm & boarding on the floating wooden dock

• Story and presentation of cultivating oysters and its history

• Tasting oysters – 6 pieces

• Traditional sea lunch with Bota’s pearls – 3-course menu

• Sparkling wine Tomac Millennium 0.75L (one bottle for two people)
