Salona was an ancient city and the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia.

It is located in the modern town of Solin, next to Split, in Croatia. Salona was founded in the 3rd century BC and was mostly destroyed in the invasions of the Avars and Slavs in the seventh century AD.

Clients will spend around 45 minutes with the guide at this historical location.

The next destination is the Klis Fortress, a medieval fortress situated above a village bearing the same name near Split, Croatia.
The Fortress of Klis has a history of more than 2000 years. The views from up here are stunning, and there is a small museum with a bit of history about the fort and its importance.
Game of Thrones fans will probably recognize the fortress as Meereen. Clients will spend around 1 hour with the guide at this historical location.

After visiting this last location, we can organize lunch in the local tavern Perlica, known for serving amazing traditional food.

The Client who has booked a tour can cancel his booking 7 days before the arrival date. After that, for tour cancellation, the service provider will charge 50% of the booking cost for cancelations up to 3 days and 100% for cancellations on the day of the tour.
